Port Orford Sustainable Seafood is a Community Supported Fishery (CSF) and online seafood market. Through a membership model, they pay fair-trade prices to our local fishermen, who catch & process seafood right here in Port Orford. We love providing living wages and best quality, sustainable & traceable fish to Oregonians. Chef Paul has been cooking fresh, local, and seasonal seafood at Redfish for five years and now serves as executive chef.
